User Agreement
Agreement regarding user registrations, acceptances, and communications.
Effective Date: 24 August 2026
5.1 Registration acceptance
BuyDesi may require a clear checkbox: “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.” The checkbox should link to the applicable documents and should not be pre-selected where affirmative consent is required.
5.2 Buyer acceptance
By registering, ordering or using BuyDesi, the buyer agrees to use the Platform lawfully, provide accurate information and comply with applicable order, payment, delivery, return and refund policies.
5.3 Seller acceptance
By registering as a seller, the seller agrees to comply with the Seller Agreement, product requirements, fulfilment rules, settlement terms, return/refund obligations and applicable laws.
5.4 Checkout acceptance
BuyDesi may require: “I agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.”
5.5 Electronic records
BuyDesi may maintain records of account creation, policy version, acceptance timestamp, orders and relevant transaction events, subject to applicable law.
5.6 Communications
Users may receive service communications relating to login/security, orders, payments, returns, refunds, delivery and support through available communication channels.
