BuyDesi operates an online marketplace through which independent sellers may list products and customers may discover and purchase those products. BuyDesi may provide technology, marketplace, customer-support, payment coordination and logistics-integration services.

• Buyer/Customer: a person purchasing or attempting to purchase through BuyDesi.
• Seller: an authorised person or business listing products on BuyDesi.
• Delivery Partner: a third-party logistics/courier provider used for pickup, transport, return or delivery.
• Order: a purchase request for one or more products.
• Platform: BuyDesi website, mobile applications, seller portal, buyer portal and related services.

Users must be legally capable of entering applicable agreements. Users must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. BuyDesi may verify, restrict or suspend accounts for security, fraud prevention, compliance or policy violations.

Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, prices, stock, legality, quality, packaging, required licences/certifications, invoices, labelling and fulfilment. BuyDesi may remove listings that violate law or Platform policy.

An order may be subject to stock availability, seller acceptance, payment confirmation, serviceability and other transaction conditions. Product-specific terms shown on the product/order page apply to that transaction.

Customers may pay product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, platform charges or other disclosed amounts. Seller settlements may be reduced by applicable commissions, platform fees, payment charges, refunds, statutory deductions and other agreed amounts.

BuyDesi may integrate multiple courier partners. Availability can depend on seller pickup PIN, customer delivery PIN, weight, dimensions, COD/prepaid status and courier serviceability. Where multiple partners are available, the seller may select an available delivery service through the seller workflow.

• Fraud, fake orders or manipulated returns/refunds.
• Misleading product information or reviews.
• Unauthorised use of customer data.
• Off-platform diversion intended to bypass Platform controls or charges.
• Listing prohibited, illegal or unsafe products.
• Unauthorised access, malware or interference with Platform systems.

BuyDesi branding, software, designs and Platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may use the Platform only for its intended purpose.

BuyDesi may restrict, suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, legal requirements, security concerns or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.

Users should first use BuyDesi support and dispute channels. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Final jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording should be completed by legal counsel for the actual entity and operating structure.

BuyDesi may update these Terms. Where required, material changes will be communicated through appropriate Platform notices.
