Buy Desi is a farmer-to-consumer marketplace that connects buyers with farmers, producers and artisans across India. Buy Desi facilitates the transaction, payment and delivery but the products are sold by independent sellers.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Buyer accounts are for personal, non-commercial use.

All prices are in INR and shown per pricing tier (standard or organic). An order is confirmed once placed; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated by weight and destination and added at confirmation.

We accept UPI, cards, net-banking, digital wallets and Cash on Delivery. Prepaid payments are held in escrow and released to the seller only after Delhivery confirms delivery.

An order may be cancelled while it is still Placed or Packed. After delivery you may raise a return or refund request within the return window. Approved refunds are processed in INR to the original payment method.

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false reviews, or attempt to disrupt the service. Buy Desi may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
