BuyDesi may process information to create accounts, process orders and payments, coordinate seller fulfilment, arrange delivery, provide tracking, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the Platform, resolve disputes and comply with law.

For fulfilment, BuyDesi may share necessary buyer information such as name, delivery address, mobile number and order details with the relevant seller.

For pickup and delivery, BuyDesi may share necessary shipment information with the selected or assigned courier, including recipient name, phone number, pickup/delivery address and shipment details.

Payment gateways, banks, hosting providers, communication services, analytics, security and support providers may process information necessary to provide their services.

Information may be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law, court order, regulatory requirement, fraud investigation or protection of rights.

BuyDesi will use reasonable security measures. Information may be retained as necessary for service delivery, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, users may request correction or updating of inaccurate information and exercise other applicable privacy rights through BuyDesi's designated privacy/grievance channel.
