At Buy Desi, we understand that plans can change. Customers can cancel their orders before the product is dispatched, subject to availability of the cancellation option on the Buy Desi website or app.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation option is available on the website or app.
- Cancellation is allowed before the order is shipped/dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund on Cancellation
- If an order is successfully cancelled, any amount paid, including applicable GST, will be refunded to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
GST Refund
- GST charged on cancelled orders will be refunded along with the product value, in accordance with applicable GST laws.
- For partial cancellations (if applicable), GST will be refunded only on the cancelled item value.
- GST will not be refunded for orders that are not eligible for cancellation as per this policy.
Important Notes
- Orders placed during sales, promotions, or discount periods are also eligible for cancellation if the cancellation option is available.
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
- Buy Desi reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund including applicable GST will be issued.
